Defining the word quality was not an easy task. In the literature we find many better or worse definitions, but we can safely say there are as many definitions as there are authors. All the definitions aim at results of work or results of processes intended to meet users' needs and wishes.

Our base for good organization, constant improvement and modernization of processes is CERTIFICATE OF QUALITY 9001 - 2000, we earned in 2001. But the story does not end here. We are constantly complementing processes and improving them. Most of all we put emphasis on the traceability of the processes and the used equipment, which is our obligation due to high level of organization and development of our clients.

Our business quality is demonstrated in different ways:
